DUES (Article II, Section 3 MPWDC Bylaws)
(a) Membership dues will be set, and may from time to time be amended, by the Board of Directors (hereinafter the “Board”), and will be payable on or before March 1st of each year.The dues will cover the Club Official Year from March 1st through the last day of February of the next year following payment of dues.
(b) During the month of January the Treasurer will send to each member a statement of the member’s dues for the ensuing year. Any member(s) whose dues has not been paid by March 1st shall be considered delinquent and shall be deprived of all privileges including the right to vote until such time as dues shall be paid. Any member whose dues remains unpaid for thirty (30) days shall be automatically terminated from membership.
(c) Prior to January 1st, the Board may increase dues and any fees for the next fiscal year if necessary, with a two thirds majority vote of a quorum of Directors. Any change shall be set no later than January 1st to be effective for the ensuing official year.
